Suggestion Implement this animation mod

Suggestion: Implement the animation mod I've provided a link to.
Why it would be worth adding: Animations already exist in the mod, seems like minimal work and will add an additional set of animations to otherwise wonky ones we've been using since the previous community.

I volunteer for taking the pain.

After all, I somehow made OTA heads being able to move (Learned a lot more of anims and such in the process). However, I am aware of me being an outsider, and what would need to be done with great care and such, and I also got myself to start seeing the good anim tables from the code.

I can look into doing some tinkering in the vanilla HL2RP Schema (From GitHub) as soon as I'm free.

totally wont regret that :)
