i'd like to know if things have changed as a civilian where before you could just join and run around and RP.

for hl2rp, the map is much smaller now so I'd say there's a better chance for you to run into something, or just happen to walk in an already ongoing situation
however I haven't been on a civilian in a bit, so idk if thats changed, but if I tried enough i could find something to do.

though its never really been great in the first place so lol
