Can you give an estimated number of max cops that will be allowed into this event? I assume all rank leaders will be auto-filled given they're necessary most of the time for major server events.

Will OTA/proselytes be involved given there will be a limited number of Cab?

I am going on the assumption Dispatch will also be limited?
