Just watched the Venom movie and...

Its decent. It deserves a solid 3/5. The movie may use quite often cliche moments, and yes the story isnt that great, has like 1, 2 plotholes i managed to notice. However, there are many moments where the movie shines and its amazing at these parts. Also i dont think i have ever seen a mix of horror, comedy and action be done like that. AND I got one last thing: the cgi and combat is AMAZING! This shit was satisfying as hell. Also tater tots and chocolate.

Bc the film was rated lower to appeal to more people, they obviously had to tone the movie back

If it was Rated R, they could've done much more with Venom as a character and been a bit more grittier

Well yeah i gotta agree with that. Atleast they managed to use the funny side of Venom more often, like in that ps1 spiderman game.

I actually liked the movie and the Jokes were kinda nice, especially the elevator scene. But I wish it was rated R too since they could have done so much more with it
