One of my favourite games. It's buggy as hell, sometimes the bugs are charming (Shoutout Kung-Fu Guard), but sometimes they're infuriating. Multiple times I've had to reload savegames because sometimes the game just doesn't want to work. The combat system is absolutely amazing, good balance between user-skill and character skill. Armour actually acts like real-life armour; deflects blows and prevents damage rather than just sponging the damage taken. I've had no issues with performance for the most part, 60+FPS anywhere except the cities, usually drops to 20-35 FPS.
Unpopular opinion, but I like the save-system. It's just unfortunate that it's only a buggy game. It gets you introduced to alchemy (which is also brilliant), and selling the saviour snapps and other potions is a great way to make income. Choices and decisions matter much more with the current system, instead of saving before charging head-first into a bandit camp, you scout out to decide whether or not attacking is worth the risk, be stealthy or just walk away and come back when you're more confident with combat.
