Serious Lag after firing weapon

So, everytime I fire any weapon, I get a random lag spike directly after. I'll post a video below.
(Also note, I do not get any errors in my console and this was happening before I downloaded any sound packs)

Is it the same when you fire at 1st person?

Fixed it. Just had some addon conflicting another

Sounds like a case of slow gun to me.
