Fixed Local EMS brings you strange places

Title is as it sounds. I had to take local EMS cause I am a pepega goblin and it brought me beneath the airport instead of pillbox.

No I was not in EMS custody, this was when I stole an ambulance, launched it into the ocean and drowned.
