i was shit too, still am compared to the some of the Gods in duel servers
you just gotta recognise the patterns people tend to fall into, eg if you see someone rush into a group with an axe, there gonna be doing wide swings, so wait them out then attack
patience will win you 90% of all fights

Don't underestimate the kick. If you're in duels of 1 on 1 in frontline and the enemy likes to get up close with slow weapons, kick as they charge into you if it seems like the kick would connect before your skull gets smashed

Never underestimate the power of dodging. It works best with axe using players who will most likely always attempt to swing for your head. You dodge and they usually end up in a brief moment of confusion because they thought they hit you - and you get them with the ol' razzle-dazzle.

Also, when using something like the Zweihander, movement is important. You don't have the speed or flexibility of something like the arming sword or rapier. You need to actively overwhelm and confuse your enemy with feints and morphs, or just cause them to miss by stepping out of their reach and whack them before they can parry.

Easiest way to win is to just use crossbows, medkits and firebombs on Camp in the tower on the left side of the map.

AI are too dummy stupid to get up so they just all pile up at the bottom and throw rocks at you. Throw fire bomb and fire crossbow into crowd.

Rinse and repeat until victory and enjoy 2.5k gold in about 15 minutes.

It’s very gay but it’s literally the only way to beat horde mode.
