my gmod graphics are fucked help

I've tried re downloading the game, all my addons, wiped the whole folder and everything. But nothing works and I still keep getting lighting errors. Can any one help to fix

e: also its just for construct and flatgrass, all the other maps have fine lighting

Add +mat_dxlevel 95 to your launch options and start the game back up, see if that works.
If not, type mat_specular, if it says it's = 1, make it = 0, or vice versa.
Still not working let me know.
