I'm 50-50 on that. Looks are a big thing to me, but along with a sick look, needs to come horsepower and a nice sound. That's just me, anyway.

Rider comfortability and enjoyment of the looks is what makes you buy the car. You don't buy a ugly car based on what engine is in it.

And yes, I too have seen a few in real life, quite majestic and subtle, people stare in awe and just think "Holy shit.."

The subtlety of the car is usually what makes people not notice it, really.
