we were attacked and provoked, that's why we PVP'd

let the builders build is what i say, and that's what was happening

perhaps i was unclear

the rules that are in the server at the moment are perfectly fine, before the war everything was peachy.

after our shrine was bombed by NASA, we decided to attack them. it was completely justified, given that our holy monument was victim to a terrorist attack.

don't try and act like we're the bad guys, they encroached on our territory even after being told multiple times to leave in chat. both of our sides got messed up, we lost basically all of our weapons and good booty. i doubt a server restart is necessary just because a single faction got screwed, in fact they weren't even that screwed as they still have their tech for the most part, (that being nasa) forcing the entire server to start from rock bottom.

edit: i'd be willing to call a peace between our two factions given that we both lost a lot of our shit, forcing us to start all over again almost, but it doesn't matter much due to the server ending.

think for a moment about the other factions on the server though, Aegis, Saudi Arabia and MegaCorp and a few others. all these guys'll have to restart, idk what their opinion on it is, but it'd be a bit sad to see all that effort gone to waste don't you think?

I was just thinking that a lot of people are dragged into the fighting when they don't want to be. Like really I think its mostly Goldwine who want to fight and a lot of the others don't, and you building a shrine next to their base to try and get a reaction from them isn't helping either.

I just think disabling pvp will stop drama, and if you guys want to pvp then you'll have to find another server

perhaps keep it how it was in the ruleset, disabling PVP period is just silly imo.

the people who want to pvp can pvp, and the people who want to build can build in peace.

there's almost no cons unless you count losing gear, which is all consensual in this case considering both parties agreed to it when they attack each other.

Even with the rules ****** still attacked and killed a few people without them even asking to pvp, its not foolproof
