What I kinda have noticed. is that some people want something new, other's do not.
For example. WW3RP is stale. other response with a meme or an insult back or try to justify as the other tries to explain their side of how they think, in conclusion, they cant agree or disagree with each other.
I have an idea. why not we as a community try to suggest a new game mode as an example could be a good idea (( these are just suggestions I find and you can say why it's not or how to better/improve the suggestion/idea))
Socially Roleplaying
Look roleplaying should not be consistent loot whoring or ruining the experience of someone just started and get pked of some shitty reason, and events as the major importance. events are events. they should not always be the most important thing ever. it's not fun either you do it and you get the risk of a pk, risk, and reward. that's kinda a lame move on my part oh you join this event you die your character is pked cause you fucked something up or did the wrong move. or went beyond they desired you to do, as a solution make events something like an optionable thing and not that often or overdo it, let the players/roleplayers decide what they should do and go on their own adventure with friends and roleplay. simple roleplay. and perhaps alone and make their own story, items can be strewn around the map but that makes loot-whoring a problem what I will talk about it further on in the topic. if you feel like there is nothing to do and 'passive roleplay' go find some people even if it makes you uncomfy or you meet a person's character who is a major dick or some minge or meme lord you can ignore them if possible but some are very subtle and does not look or act like one of them but is one with smart moves and such in a guise of roleplaying.
The environment is important to let roleplayers use it to their advantage if they see something in it.
Don't restrict them a lot and give a reason why and if they tell you a really good reason why it's possible
Go do not immediately no is no, try to friendly a discussion about it even if it takes some time out of character
Items should be an option but not really necessary, don't restrict them in it either it's not fun if you got a sense of oh they don't trust me and those other's got really good items, so a possible solution. make items spawn on the map without the help of staff like a spawner but it spawns totally random items with random chances and swap locations around to keep it interesting so player's don't go to the same location. they can fight about it or try to make a fair deal or limit what each other can have if they cant bring a solution.

We need staff that enjoys helping and roleplaying amongst player's and who got the actual time for it and can spend it and not go idle or do something else in the meantime while and going: In a bit, man have some patience.
By this, i do not mean to offend or insult staff member's but people probably will talk about that some staff did not fit or was suppose to be picked for it. so having goof staff is important and who actually can spend their time and enjoy being in the server and can roleplay with other players with the same fair standard treatment as a non-staff member roleplay's, And staff that do not harass or warn a player they something they disliked and did further nothing wrong in the roleplay scenario.
Treat each other fair.
Sometimes i can see how really toxic people can be to one another or potentially able to bribe a staff member (( Just a example not sure if its here )) or make a false lie/statement/etc to get them in trouble and the victim not able to defend themselves from toxic reactions or claims that are not true, Nobody likes such a person and that person won't be liked and get toxic remarks back. so try to be nice to each other. if you don't like said person in IC that can bothersome or really a nuisance, are just roleplaying their character just being such a person or creature but if the person acts like that in OOC you got a valid reason then but OOC hate for a character they are not the player is not really justified just hate the character, not the person who roleplay's him/her/it
Staff should also really help with and take their time with dealing with problems with PK requests in-game or out of game. ask for their history of their character how they met and went to behave this way at each other. and their exact and honest reasons. they should take their time explaining it as well and try for some solutions. I myself am not a real fan of Pk's. NLR is fine for me. but then just take some of their currency or an item or a few they wish or perhaps must drop/get destroyed/given away, hey at least you still got your character and you can always try to get it again even if it's tedious, and a hassle. you still got your character you're attached to or if you don't give a damn. you're loss as you had a solution
Creative idea's and not rehashed stuff or cliches.
(( just my opinion. but Vietnam roleplay or any war or city rp. no thanks. city rp is okay but if it's done really good and not some perp or Santos crap. and no hl2rp themed or world war roleplays please. a real original idea and not something like oh let's do fallout rp. Noooo. apocalyptic okay. but not from another game franchise. just something made up clever and with suggestions and idea's of others., we as a community should try to get to a solution and not go directly i want that and that is final ))
Well that is it and i could always add more or what you guys find cool or interesting. this is just a idea and not a gamemode that is coming. just brain storming what would be a fun server. and please refrain from snarky comments or stupid emojj's as a response. just fair criticism and comment's of interest. and have a picture of a cute animal.
