Hello nebbers, I have encountered this message THREE times in the past two weeks, showing that it is becoming an alarming problem:
"Hey buddy, can you please activate my promocode on [I removed the link]? You will get free 5$ so you can withdraw some skins. My promocode is PNu7I00147 thanks for activating dude"
Upon going to the website, of which I recommend you don't, even to test, it will ask you to login via steam like most of these stupid skin gambling websites. If you do it, then it will send a message to all of your friends (not instantly in some cases), the message is the one posted above, and attempt to hijack your account and steal your inventory by trading it to one of their 'bots'.
This website is ensnaring more users and thus scamming more people, so this is just a preemptive warning not to use this site despite the attractive bonuses it offers. Just stick to the 'safer' and more trustworthy websites, although I still don't trust them.
Moderator Edit: The link is xcases, not linking directly - Don't click it
