Bug New stackable items don't show stack count

Description: Currently if items are both stackable and have a text showing their name it will not show stack size, only the name.
Steps to reproduce:
■ Have 2 needles
■ Stack them
■ Still looks like 1 needle at first glance, but you can right click separate
■ Visual bug

Additional notes: Noticed this with the needles once they got their new text added. I really like showing the text on icons so please don't take them away <3
I wish more items had it and it was more streamlined but currently if items are both, it will only show the name, not the quantity.
