Technically we're still at war since the Korean War only ended with a ceasefire.

Also North Korean artillery isn't even capable of reaching Seoul unless it's actually sitting on the DMZ, which they most likely won't be getting past. NK also counts potential conscripts in its military numbers, which has massively inflated it to the retarded numbers people throw around to fearmonger.

Which is probably why North Korea managed to push back the South Korean, American and English troops back when South Korea had a comeback.
