Do you have dyslexia or something because you know a lot of English words, but you constantly misuse them and just use really strange phrases.

Who taught you speak English like that? Why did you put a full stop in the middle of a sentence, it is not "Karl no english", it's "Karl doesn't speak good English"

Honestly it's hard to decipher what you're saying here. You're saying people say the truth, and also don't??? Don't try to use complicated sentences or words if you don't understand them fully or you make things much more confusing than just speaking simply.

I don't know what you're trying to say here.

"Do" is used for a bunch of different reasons. It is usually involving the present.
eg. -Do you have money?
-Do you like her?
-Do your homework! (This is using it as a command)
- I do my homework every day. (Present tenses can be used as a way of saying you do something daily/routinely.)

"Did" is also used for similar reasons, except for the past tense
eg. -Did you have money yesterday?
-Did you like her before you realized she was a man?
-I did my homework already.

(the form of the verb in Do and Did usually stays the same, ie. don't add -ed to either of them)

seriously you know a lot of English but your use of it is fucking atrocious
