When Minister Du Maurier was a mere citizen in Terminal, she reported three people who were acting suspicious and trying to lure someone to Metropol. I ended up getting two or three people PK'd for attempted murder of a snitch, earned like, 2 or 3 points, then wrote a short story about it IC and got additional LP for that.
