Dead rising is probably my first to be honest.
Although not quite counting 3 or 4 as much.

Tried a lot of new things for the genre and it created a game that's not really been replicated elsewhere.
And while I love L4D and L4D2, it's been replicated, a lot.

Original announcement was more to get the attention of developers they wanted to hire, rather than players looking to buy the game.

It‘s Dead Rising for me, I remember seeing it’s trailer on a Xbox 360 Demo Disc back in the Day, and I REALLY wanted to play it. I got it, it was and still is amazing.
