Problem With Avatar

I still get a message that my Avatar's file size is too big even though it meets the requirements of 196 Kbs or less.

I went into the file properties to double check

That's what I was wanting it to be, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here or not.


If worst comes to worst someone with Admin CP perms could probably set it?

try to compress it a bit more I guess

just use some website online like ezgif

That's what I already did, it's compressed as much as possible already

I already spoke to you previously about it however I think I did what you suggested.

Bumping this, I've tried various other methods of compressing the file down as much as possible and it still doesn't work. The file meets the requirements anyways in terms of size.

Give me a picture, I will get it to work

Now the picture needs to be less than 196kb but also (this only applies for gifs) a small dimension, like 300x300 downwards.
