Though how will Nebulous do it? Will it be more like, "Nice meeting you" and then you see the name above the person's head, similar to what we have in HL2RP?

There isn't going to be names above your head, we're going to attempt a brand new revolutionary idea of having people tell you their name and remembering their model and voice.

I have actually noticed that on GTA World, you can see the character names above someone's head. Even for people you don't know. Of course, all should remain serious and you don't call them by name when you don't know them.

I feel like it’s definitely a quality of life thing, though i’d argue with an example from HL2RP:
Say I meet someone, ask them their name, and walk away.

the odds of me putting names to faces for the rest of my life with such a brief interaction isn’t very realistic.

HL2 RP is text though so you don't have a voice to match the face and remember them by.

I think thats definitely the point of it
you'll remember the names of people you spend time with versus forever knowing x rebels name so you can meta him later

do you get like a key that spawns a car or how does it work

Traditionally in most servers you get the key which lets you drive it and store it in a personal garage.

You can spawn it by standing infront of that garage and typing a chat command (though you can steal cars with the right stuff since unless you store your car in the garage it exists in the world).

Expect the sale of normie cars and custom cars to both be handled in RP by actual players, and not NPCs besides certain work utility vehicles (like flatbeds).

You’ll need to RP for 99.9% of the things in the server.

It may start as something more scripted but will likely transition to a player run business.

Corruption like this will be somewhat allowed but you'll need to be trusted to a degree beforehand, otherwise it'll get very messy quick.

Similarly with civilian informants, they will also need to be trusted OOCly to ensure it's not meta.

Also will we have animations for smoking/eating/drinking? that would be cool as hell
