Fixed pyromancer 6 sound pack 2023 edition

[Pyromancer]

people have asked me for the ui sounds in my helix videos a few times so i thought i'd go back and fix up the pack, removing all the weapon sounds and other shit that isn't needed anymore [like the i17 cybercafe sound removal]

this pack changes:
flashlight activation sound
helix ui rollover sound
helix ui click sound (resident evil)
helix ui intro song
weapon scrollwheel click sound
ammo equipping sound
headshot sound (rust)
main menu song (you'll have to find out what it is)
