You dont have to do the ramadan if youre too weak for it and youre also able to postphone days if you want to

nah i gotten used to it before, just fooling around. first few days may be a bit difficult but after that it will sorta become normal

Yeah probs those two. I mean this is something IMO don't really hear often from the muslim younger generation in Malaysia, they dont really acknowledge the fact whether or not if god influences the weather to be nicer to us. If anything, the weather is just more bipolar than ever in Malaysia in the month of May.
