Fixed Random peds in my apartment

■ I'm sure this is fairly common across GTA servers and don't know if it's actually fixable but it's a bit weird that there's random dudes just chilling in your house.

This ones already on the list to do so when you finally come back to the city you shouldn't have to share with them anymore

Population peds shouldn't spawn inside of that interior anymore
