Rejected Re-add OOC information to scoreboard

Suggestion: Change scoreboard so you can see the Steam PFP next to character icon, or at the very least show Steam username when you hover your mouse over a character. However it was before the hiddening.
Why it would be worth adding: It was removed for weird parasocial reasons ages ago that never made much sense to me, but my main argument is this; both rebel and cop discords literally do this already. Everybody and their mother (hi mom) uses a Discord nickname formatted to display their actual username and character(s) played.
Necessary content: Re-enabling an old feature, unless it was literally removed from code, which would be a big oof.

It was mainly removed because people requested it - it encouraged them not to cut people out based on who they were OOC which was a big problem before then.

Give it to staff when flagged their staff characters so I don't have to /pgi someone, take their steam ID, run it through a steam ID finder to figure out who I'm actually dealing with or spectating.

Don't like this for regular players tho or when I'm RPing on a proper char, it does make a difference I'm happy to be oblivious to.

ik this is magic christmas land talk but if i couldn’t trust someone to be impartial based on who they’re dealing with, i wouldn’t want them to be staff

staff just has to quickly press V and PGI someone it's not like they can't find who they are ooc in just a quick search. It just takes an extra 5 to 20 seconds without scoreboard.
