Description: Sometimes (often) when you use /reply to PM the last person who PM'd you, it will instead send it to the second to last person rather than the actual last.
Steps to reproduce:
1. PM person 1, have them PM back
2. Wait a bit, start a new conversation
3. PM person 2, have them PM back
4. Do /reply and watch as it sends to person 1 instead of person 2
Additional notes: This happens to me several times per hour. I use this command every day when talking to people and often it sends it to the wrong person despite my last PM sent/received being somebody else, leaving a lot of people confused.
