In some places the music is a lot more quiet, yeah.

With the old OST on though its back to the usual "front-and-centre" that repeats whenever you enter an area.

I'm trying to beat it at extreme difficulty and starting with no healing items and only ammos for the shotgun. I've only screamed into a pillow twice in the past 20 minutes, but I think I'll get to 5-6 before I decide to stop playing and watch some youtuber finish Leon story and then start Claire on normal.
