Information:
James is known to be a high-profile member of PMKO (ПMKO), specifically their Minister of Public Relations, James is known by the larger resistance groups due to his job often seen interacting and formulating plans and information with other cell leaders. James also has been seen to receive anonymous tips and intel from an unknown party only identified as 'Six'. As far as public knowledge is concerned the name 'James Doe' is likely to be an alias, concealing his actual identity, the reasoning behind this is still unknown. Due to his affiliations with the rebel cell he works for he can be identified by several key features donned by the members of their group as a form of uniform such as; a Ushanka with the newly created logo stitched to the front, soviet-style combat or utility boots as well as the signature duster/trenchcoat donned by James with the familiar logo also stitched into the bright breast of the coat.
