when purchasing it says available 30th of May.
Not sure that was an error, the beta release or the full game

release of closed beta for pre-orders iirc or something

but if you want the pre-order which is the full game you should buy it now

i just bought my copy

preordered the deluxe too. hoping I can get back to burning asian men alive like in the first rising storm
