Main complaint I have with old runescape are many quest lines are not finished with their quests where as in new runescape they are. Such as the whole Mortmire quest line with vampires.

3rd Age armor is pretty much cosmetic, not best in slot afaik, but expensive as fuck.
Gilded is cosmetic.
Cluescroll shit is cosmetic. etc.

gilded is rune with a new texture

3rd age has good stats but nobody uses it because its not in their price range for obvious reasons

edit: now that i look at it 3rd age even has better stats than full dharoks
