Suggestion Seeing active PT in /togglevisor

Suggestion: Add a PT overlay to the /togglevisor command. If it's green then it means you're in the same PT as them. If it's yellow it means you're in different PTs. It's currently available, just not over the overlay which limits the distance at which you can tell who's on your team. Currently it only shows when you look directly at them for over a second.

Why it would be worth adding: For increased immersion and to make the togglevisor script more comfortable to use.
