Honestly? It could work well but it genuinely needs The Resistance to shape up first; the rest of the stage is potentially already set for an ongoing major plotline or two. It's entirely possible because the Rebels over at POTASSIUM FRUIT would have made Neb's Resistance look tame with all the token-grabbing circlejerk bullshit only two years ago or so to the point you had to wait upwards of two months just to get some basic gear even if you could buy it.

People decided "nah fuck this" and pushed for change and in the end guns and gear became tools for RP, not the end-goal.

Hell, if that could happen the sky is very much the limit for the interesting directions things could go.

tnb and neb are two different creatures when it comes to handling the resistance and we dont have the same options when it comes to resistance growth (mainly due to area limitations)

Oh yeah course, I just meant in regards to shifting mentalities. Neb and TnB weren't at all different until a year or two ago in regards to both being token-centric "I don't wanna lose my gear". If weapons and gear could become tools to enhance RP and not the end-goal itself that's really all the change that'd need to happen to push some big lore-shifting plots along the track.
