It'd be retarded if cops had went in of their own free will and OTA got deployed. But you shouldn't be able to wipe out literally every cop online and that be that.

Sure, I can see where you're coming from with that but still; If the rebels just dropped their guns and let the cops kill them, then they would've only gotten an NLR death with nothing else, compared to them actually abiding by fearRP for once and being forced to defend their own lives from the cops that would've killed them and in return for wiping out the one sweep that came they just get fucked and an even worse punishment than they would've got if they just let the cops kill them. Which is dumb.

FearRP would have been running and trying to hide, not standing there wiping out two (or three?) sweeps worth of cops after killing all of them online on the surface. In fact one of the people who got PK'd hid from the sweep and only died because someone else fucked up and got them found.
This is what happens when you have zero consequences 99% of the time but have to have them 1% of the time. Nobody is used to actually dying anymore. Used to be a time you'd try to evade sweeps or only stand your ground for as long as you needed to, not happily slaughter three waves and get upset when OTA have come in.

So you see a wall. You can go around the wall and avoid it, or smash your head against it and hope you go through.
If you kill off an entire sweep, you'll get more shit in return. They had all the chance to avoid it, hide or juke. The shotcoppers themselves survived scot free

Sure, I'd say they should've run if they had the ability to (Which correct me if I'm wrong, but they couldn't of). For the second thing you said though, if they did wipe out three sweeps compared to it only being a single sweep I was informed of, then I can see how it's valid, but if it was only a singular sweep, then it's fucking dumb. Three sweeps though, I can understand.
If rebels hid their gear in containers when a sweep was ongoing or about to happen isn't that a rule break..

This is why shotcopping is a cancer in RebelRP.
The people who did it massacred every cop online then doomed every else into killing the resulting sweeps (although that's debatable since after the first people could have bailed) and got off scott-free when OTA had to come in to end it.
