I'll admit when it first came out and the concept was fresh ben drowned scared the shit out of a younger me, just today the whole glitched game meme totally lacks and of the terror it used to cause everyone's so ready to scream fake lol

Better to just read SCPs and other shit like that for a classic spooky read at this point.

• 'Acquired' or 'Found' game at yard sale or in a bin
• Previous owner is either dead or gives it away for free
• Boxart is just writing with a pen, usually red or black
• Game works as intended for an hour but then 'something' is off, but our protaganist pays it no notice
• Game begins to continue to act weirdly
• Disturbing scene happens, cute characters turns demented etc - 'hyper realistic blood'
• Protaganist throws/destroys game
• Has nightmares or is killed by the game in the end
