Suggestion Show numerical values on old HUD

Suggestion: Allow the HUD to display numerical values even if you aren't using the Beta design.

Why it would be worth adding: So that the settings are uniform with one another, and so that those who prefer playing with the old style UI are also able to take advantage of the numerical values within the bars, which currently is only available for the Beta HUD

I think we should bring back the stock helix bars pre city v instead

The beta hud was just a way for me to update the HUD without having people be stuck with the new one if they didn't like the change, it would be a struggle to get numbers to fit in the non-beta version with how narrow they are
