only thing i dont like on here
might just be me but i feel that at least when it comes to burgers and more malleable meat, mesquite has a tendency to overpower with a really unpleasant smokey flavor that just doesn't taste or feel natural to what you're eating to such a point that your meat will taste of little else. a charcoal grill will give you that smokey flavor on it's own accord, you don't need to add more to it. just my opinion though, worth trying once and seeing if it's your vibe.
