simple barbecued salmon w/ brown rice

salmon was seared on a cast iron griddle at volcanic temp (4/6 burners on high), just eyeballed it rlly ik what salmon looks like when its done now. it was seasoned with a herb and garlic blend, then when it came off the bbq i wrapped it in tinfoil with salted butter for about 5-10 mins to let it settle. brown rice was just served with a bit of butter mixed through.

simple yet great

scored the skin so it didnt curl up too
