Step 1: Get a Screwdriver, Multitool and Crowbar (Screwdriver & Crowbar can be found in regular toolboxes or at tool vending machines, multitool can be acquired from tech storage, autolathe or the engineers)

Step 2: Unscrew the maintenance panel from a door.

Step 3: Use your multitool to pulse the wires. If it says 'Test light is off', proceed.

Step 4: Use your crowbar on the door.

Step 5: The door is now open, and you can go inside.

If someone has reinforced the maintenance panel with a sheet of plasteel, then you will need to cut through it using a welding tool. Using a welding mask or welding goggles in-tandem is recommended.

Be advised wires are random each round, but once you find about what they are every door should have the same-ish wire, so is always suggested to use a low-security test door like dormitories, just uh, don't let some sec catch you unless they don't care.

If you're feeling lucky, test it on the Command Doors.

You can have a lot of fun on rounds without AIs or Cyborgs by finding out which one bolts, bolting the door, and then finding out which one displays the bolt light and turning that off.

2 easy ways to do that, ask very nice an engineer, buy it from cargo, if all else fails get lucky, or simply be a man and carry medicine with you and endure it! (and die cause you pressed the same wire again)

Played the botanist role, trying to understand how stuff worked, some guy produced a bunch of weed so we hotboxed it in a side room.
However some of the weed was black weed, which has cyanide in it

I had to be carried to medical because of the cyanide poisoning killing me quickly

Rainbow weed was then released into the shuttle

Also chef is hell fucking monkey bitch tried to grab him and pin him but he went ape shit and started beating me and the other chef running around the kitchen

some guy produced a bunch of weed

they always make space drugs, same with the chemist. if it's not weed it's killer plants.
between chef, botanist, and chemist the station is fucked if someone competent (and evil) gets the role.

you're best off grabbing a gasmask, a multitool and a few luxury items at round start.

they added WASD controls so its actually playable (for me at least), and it has a lot of cool shit (like QM actually being a proper role that buys and sells things, etc)

i don't like their space law tho, they are REALLY lax about antagonists (even when some of them are assholes)

Fulp gave it a test yesterday but that shit was pulled super fast. It's arguably a better system, but it's such a pain in the ass to get used to that us autistic monkeys just want it back to normal.

Still isn't as bad as when they ruined botany's amazing potential with the DNA Manipulator being removed.

CM13 is good, lifeweb was good but I can’t figure out how to get on it anymore, the fallout 13 server was good until I got banned for some dumb reason. I think the fallout server just removed ERP too which was the bane of it because people who were shagging were so OOCly protected.

infact i ahelped while on /tg/ asking if there is a tutorial or some shit for it and was told "no, you just need to ask good players" was essentially the response
