you really just gotta keep playing until you learn -- it takes a bit, and you'll be confused for awhile, but you eventually get the hang of it. I know the hardest part for me was learning the mechanics and controls. Also, the wiki helps a lot. https://tgstation13.org/wiki/Main_Page

I didn't even know how to move my character, lmao.
I think I've got a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong way to go.


Although I will say if I can get into SS13 then I will probably have a fun time.

Well actually, little to no RP is required, but it always makes it more fun -- at least, depending on what server you play on. Like if you play on tg/sybil, you'll barely need to rp, but it gets a bit stale without it. really the only 'serious' servers that I know of are baystation and colonial marines, which are both fun in their own ways.

also yeah, ill admit it fucking sucks learning, but after that - it's mostly easy.

right before that i got unbanned after a permaban for dragging a dude into maint and rping weird things
