Bug Sprinting while crouching triggers alarm

Description: Sprinting while crouching inside houses triggers the alarm, but I feel like it shouldn't?

Steps to recreate:
1. Commence house robbery
2. Sprint while crouched
3. The alarm triggers

You're not supposed to sprint in any capacity. Pretty sure this is intended to stop those strats.

I think it should be fine so long as you're crouched

Also let's say you are crouched and no sprint; you can actually go faster by going forward a bit and then stopping, it will launch you forward a decent distance at a sprint. Rather than moving at a constant speed holding W, it's quicker to traverse doing this. This part seems unintended and idk if it's like that in base GTA physics as well.

I think the intention is for you to take it at a slow pace, not try speed-run the process by running whilst crouched/sneaking; I think it's fine as is, imho.
