Fixed Stacked evidence on the floor cannot be collected

When using the flashlight to uncover evidence and the evidence is too close to eachother, the intermediary UI (the UI that appears when two or more interactables are within the nearby vicinity) will appear. This UI is incompatible with the flashlight since it will force you to put down the flashlight when selecting which interaction you wish to pursue from the wheel provided. Since the aim input is disrupted, the flashlight is thus lowered, and the option to collect evidence from the aforementioned wheel disappears.
