I work night shifts so have no concept of time.

12:00. - 00:00. shifts really showed me how important getting sunlight is. You'll have to wake the fuck up in the morning or you'll regret it later on.

Especially in Denmark, we have like zero fucking sun this time of the year.

Even during the winter and autumn in England, you'll wake up at 7am to get ready for school/work while it's pitch black and then get back home at 3/4pm and again, getting dark
