Star Wars Confirms A Young Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Is In The Works

Disney+ confirmed that a new Star Wars series featuring young Obi-Wan is in the works at the D23 expo, where Star Wars producer Kathleen Kennedy told the audience,

“We have all the scripts written, we’re ready to start shooting next year,” Variety reports.

Internally, we’ve wanted this for so long, but we know how much the fans want it too,” Kennedy told EW “[McGregor] wanted to come back, and he’s so excited to play the character of Obi-Wan again."
