Remove 'Useful' rating, literally the most useless rating. Informative serves the same purpose and can also be used as a meme so it's better.

Fix background absolutely destroying Windows Phone browsers (I have literally no way to test this so this is going to be backlogged for now, sorry to those who need to deal with it)

really the fix for this is to just set the background to static mode

for some reason the gif version seeks attention by placing itself on the front of everything -.-
