Serious [Suggestion] Bring Back the 'Winner' Rating

Hello, I didn't know the exact format for this or where to post it but I think this is a serious discussion I believe the whole community can become involved in. For a brief time at the inception of this community we had available to us the 'Winner' rating. A rating adorned with the icon of a medal and a special star, which upon receiving said rating, one would understand the true gravitas not only of their post, but of themselves - that their single forum post elevated themselves beyond not just someone who was 'Funny' or 'agreeable' or 'Nebulous' - but was indeed a winner.

So my suggestion is to the people who can make this happen, and to the community as a whole is to return this great rating - so that we may separate the winners from the losers.
