Completed Telephone Booths

There are a handful of telephone booths located across Los Santos. I think it would be cool to allow people to use said telephone booths to call people under the guise of an unknown number. It also gives people a way to communicate with people in the event they lose their phone.

make it so it charges you 2 dollars per minute for use too like real payphones :)
