Teleporting with ok ping

So when playing on HL2RP Server I keep teleporting around, everything freezes around, not anything regarding fps btw, and then I just teleport the direction I was walking. This issue is really strange as whenever im on the main roads everything is fine, but when I go in the alleys it is waay worse. I have around ~110 ping at all times, i know it isnt the best, but this shouldnt happen, and it doesnt happen anywhere else, on any other server.
