TFA addon can't install

So I was trying to get this TFA base working but for some reason, it's either not detected or not being in my addon folder. I tried veryfying my files like 10 if not more times but it's still not working, un-subscribed it few more times. Best thing is that I have whole file in my addon folder.

What should I do? Every ingame weapon for me except USP is an error...

Go to workshopdownloader website. Paste the content link there and download the files. Go to your addons folder copy the name of the existing nebulous weapon models/sounds content name and paste it to the one you just downloaded. Replace the addons and you should be fine

make sure your gmod is closed. works for every addon

Try uninstalling from the mod off workshop and then proceed to go to the addons folder and delete the addon file and then try downloading the addon again.
