To the Municipality of Agora, we would like to request clarification on the declarations made in a speech announced today by an unknown party, around four p.m.

Furthermore, the Reorganized State wishes to remind the Municipality of Agora that the town you so-call the "Free People of Agora" is an administrative jurisdiction of the Reorganized State of Bucharest. This implies that your territory and its habitants fall under the reach of the Reorganized Constitution. This is so our democracy may thrive. Needless to say, permitting access to foreign elements within the territorial jurisdiction of Agora not only goes against the Constitution but is also illegal.

You are, without doubt, free under our prospering militarized democracy. Your gratitude and open collaboration with the local Combine forces not only make us doubt what you classify as "Free" but also make us question to whom your true allegiance is.

The local independent resisting cells have been contracted by the State to protect you and are being supplied by us in accordance to your needs.

Finally; we wish to remind you that Agora is, again, liberated territory of the Reorganized State. Collaborationism is not tolerated. And all further acts against Humanity will force us to take action.


In addition, all supply routes to the currently contracted cells will be shut down if they wish to continue neglecting Agora's safety from the invading Combine forces.

We expect an announcement from you clarifying your previous speech in the coming days.

To the Reorganized State of Bucharest, the Agorans recognize our recent classification as a protectorate of Bucharest. However, we also emphasize that we are free under the democratic system for our people to remain neutral in this conflict.

We will not take arms against Combine forces, we are not soldiers. We remind you that the mercenaries contracted by Bucharest have failed time and time again to prevent the overwhelming Combine force from garrisoning our town. We are not collaborating with the occupying Garrison, we are trading in order to survive.

We remind you that our status as a jurisdiction of Bucharest is only recent, the agreement was on the condition of protection from encroaching forces and protection of our trade routes. So far, none of these conditions are met.

The situation in Agora has been delegated to the Bucharestian Homeguard until the safety of its inhabitants has been assured.
All diplomatic operations within the area are to be ceased until further notice.

Agora will be fully integrated as a legitimate Municipality of Bucharest.
The construction of a Municipal Junta will begin as soon as our troops have arrived.

Additionally, supplies have been increased to all local contracted cells.





The State of Bucharest does not conform to futile acts of Collaborationism.

The Municipality of Agora will be administered by its inhabitants after a Junta is established.

"In the blessed name of Allah, the most merciful and then most beneficent. My valiant brothers and sisters, defenders of freedom, we have made a sacred oath to stand shoulder to shoulder against the vile Combine, the oppressors of free souls.

Allah has ordained, 'Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought because they were wronged, and indeed, Allah is capable of granting them victory.' (Quran 22:39).

Now, as we bolster the ramparts of our resistance, I call upon the esteemed denizens of the Agora to unite with our brothers and sisters in the organized state of Bucharest. Together, we shall forge a bastion of hope and freedom, unyielding against the dark tide of the Combine.

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) emphasized unity when he said, 'The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion, and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever.' (Hadith).

In this sacred struggle, let us bear the torch of freedom and justice as our guide. We are the beacon of hope in these twilight times. Our alliance with Bucharest will cement a legacy of fraternity, of shared destiny, under the banner of righteousness.

Let our actions resonate through the annals of history, so the generations that follow may speak with pride of the day the valiant children of Agora and Bucharest united in indomitable resolve against the Combine.

Let us march forth with courage, wisdom, and the blessings of Allah, knowing that our cause is just, and the victory shall be written by the ink of our sacrifices.

May Allah protect us, guide our steps, and bless our united front. Praised be to Allah."
