I think most of us would agree that cheese is one of the best things about being alive
So, out of curiousity, what are your favorites kinds of cheese? Mine are probably blue cheese and tilsit cheese

Camembert is the uber cheese but I like blue cheese as well like stilton

Mozzarella the absolute King of the cheeses, perfect in everything, maximum creativity, from pasta, to appetizer, you can sprinkle it, melt it, eat it bread, whatever, the only stop is your creativity.

I might be biased since Mozzarella is an Italian product, but it is the best.
