it can function with twenty players, unlike city

I think it helps that people are more willing to stick around and roleplay even with only 20 players on and having a staff team that's willing/able to do mini-events for them as needed, honestly.

Great to see the creative juices going on both sides.

I've just come to realize that the next map probably allows Combine APCs to be deployed.

i think a lot of that depends on the scale of the map as well, though

i recall a few fun times at low pop where everyone was crowded into a downstairs headcrab fighting ring or a gym
